The perfect side dish to fried chicken and biscuits!
Yield: 8 servings
1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |

2 | Tablespoons | granulated sugar | |

|||
2 | tablespoons | cider vinegar | |
|
|||
3/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | celery seed | |
|
|||
4 | cups | coarsely shredded cabbage | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | coarsely shredded carrots | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | diced green pepper | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | sliced green onions | |
|
In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sugar, cider vinegar, salt, dry mustard and celery seeds. Blend well.
Add cabbage, carrots, green pepper and green onions; toss to coat well. Cover; chill at least 2 hours.
