9 | ounces | fully cooked chicken breasts, diced | |

1/2 | cup | Ceasar salad dressing | |
|
|||
8 | cups | torn romaine lettuce | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | red onion,thinly sliced, cut in half | |
|
|||
2 | medium tomatoes, cut into 12 wedges | ||
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | Parmesan cheese, grated | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | seasoned salad croutons | |
|
Place chicken in a medium glass bowl. Pour dressing over chicken; toss to coat. Divide lettuce on four serving plates.
Top with equal amounts of chicken, onion and tomato. Sprinkle with cheese and croutons.
